Registration Options:
Online
You may register online using major credit cards for payment. This option allows you to enter all your teammate information and edit/add/delete the information online.
Offline
This is the option to use if you'd like to pay with a check and mail it in. Click any "offline" tab and then complete the process. You may enter all your teammate information as with online. Then you will print out the registration form and mail it in.
*Processing Fees:
Online transactions cost money. Our processing fees are lower than the commercial registration centers.
Multi Race Discounts
Register at one time for:
2 events and receive a $5 discount
3 events and receive a $10 discount
4 events and receive a $15 discount
5 events and receive a $60 discount
6 events and receive a $75 discount
Refund Policy
1. Cancellations received via email 15 days or more prior to the event date, will receive a credit in the amount of their original registration fee, minus a $50 administration fee per person/per race, good for 1 year towards another Big Blue Adventure Series event.
2. Race registrations may be transferred to another Big Blue Adventure Series event with 15 days notice and are subject to a $50 administration fee, per race.
3. Substitution of teammates is allowed upon 7 days written notice prior to the event.
4. Changes in division or category dealine is 7 days prior to the event and is subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Kayak Information for the sprints, 2 to 4 hour races
Kayaks, paddles and lifejackets WILL BE provided by Big Blue Adventure at no additional charge. Teams must use Big Blue Adventure’s kayak equipment for the sprint events. All teams will be paddling in SEVYLOR inflatable kayaks, so get out there and practice. NOTE: NO kayaking in the Silver Sage Sprint, see the gear list for that race for inner tube information.
Kayak Information
Kayaks ARE NOT provided with entry to any of the 6-12 (except Castaic) or 12-24 hour races. All events are, “BYOK” Bring Your Own Kayak.
A limited number of Kayaks, Paddles and P.F.D’s are available for rent.
If you’re interested in reserving a kayak for any of the events please email info@bigblueadventure.com.
We will assist you to the best of our ability to locate kayak(s) for the events.
USARA License
All Big Blue Adventure Series Adventure Races are sanctioned by the United States Adventure Racing Association and require a license to participate. Fees are $8 for a single day license and $35 for a yearly. Licenses can be purchased on site at athlete check in. Cash or check only!
Purchase your USARA License ahead of time! Don’t forget to bring your card or receipt to athlete check in for verification.
USAT License
This event is sanctioned by the United States Triathlon Association and require a license to participate. Fees are $10 for a single or you can show your Membership Card. One-day licenses can be purchased on site at athlete check in. Cash or check only!
Purchase your USAT Membership ahead of time! Don’t forget to bring your card or receipt to athlete check in for verification.
