COURSE

• Swim: Two (2), 750 meter laps with a 50 meter beach run

• Bike: 22 miles

• Run: 6 miles

Gear

Mandatory Gear

• Mountain bike
• Helmet that meets the ANSI or Snell safety standards

Other

• Wetsuit, note if you need to rent a wetsuit click on the XTERRA Wetsuits logo
• Food and water and a way to carry for a 2-4 hour race
